ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • ISO 9001:2015 – Awareness/Introduction (1 day)
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Executive Awareness (4 hours)
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Understanding and Implementation (5 days)
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Internal Auditor (3 days)
  • ISO 9001:2015 - Lead Auditor (5 days)

Pending client requirements, the aforementioned Understanding and Implementation course may be separated into individual training courses of 2 days (understanding) and 3 days (Implementation) respectively. These courses may alternatively be presented on Saturdays pending a minimum registration of 10 learners per class. This will assist those learners currently in full-time employment.

  • Conventional face to face training - A printed learner guide. Online training - An electronic learner guide
  • ISO 9001:2015 Standard (for training purposes only)
  • Conventional face to face training - Printed Formative, Group and Summative Assessments. Online training - Electronic Formative, Group and Summative Assessments
  • A Certificate of Successful Completion shall be issued for those attaining the minimum grade criteria. SHEM Criteria requires a minimum passing grade of 70 %. Examination papers which score 67% to 69% shall be re-graded by a moderator.
  • A learner who achieves between 50 and 69% in the written examination, and has passed the continual [formative] evaluation, shall be allowed one re-examination within 12 months at a cost determined with the client, and shall be issued with a Certificate of Attendance for the training course. Learners with less than 50% are not permitted to re-write, and must redo the entire training course.

PREREQUISITE: It is recommended that a minimum educational level of National Technical Certificate (Part 3 - N3),National Technical Certificate (Part 2 - T2) Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification (recognition of prior learning) be attained to cope with the training content

  • Formative Group and Summative Assessments
  • A Certificate of Successful Completion shall be issued for those attaining the minimum grade criteria. SHEM Criteria requires a minimum passing grade of 70 %. Examination papers which score 67% to 71% percent shall be re-graded by a second facilitator/assessor.

  • A SAATCA registered Certificate of Successful Completion shall be issued for those attaining the SAATCA Criteria requirements. SAATCA Criteria requires a minimum passing grade of 70 %. Examination papers which score 67% to 71% percent shall be re-graded by a second facilitator/assessor.
  • A learner who achieves between 50 and 69% in the written examination, and has passed the continual [formative] evaluation, shall be allowed one re-examination within 12 months at a cost determined with the client, and shall be issued with a Certificate of Attendance for the training course.
